Nerd city was spot on about the culture of Twitter around the reaction to Tates arrest. His detractors only cared about dunking on him and his fan base all of the sudden were legal experts trying to point out all the possible flaws in detaining him. But is this truly surprising to anyone that the actual issue of the victims gets lost in this? If there's one thing I learned from the tenure of the Trump presidency until now, it's that everyone just cares about their side getting W and not the issue at hand. We need more people calling them out for their behaviour even if they're not directly contributing it. I don't really think there's something wrong with pointing out some "radicalizer" being pathetic, specially when his whole brand is being "alpha" spotlighting his insecurity in a tweet doesn't seem like it would help him much.
