Low country boil- small red potatoes and one red onion chopped in quarters. Then a good sausage as much as you want, I like kiebalsa sausage, corn on corn, we use old bay seasoning. Boil large pot water add potatoes and corn with onion and season the water. Once potatoes are done the add shrimp till done. Drain the water off, lay plastics or newspaper to cover the table and pour into the middle and then crack a cold one an feast!!!

For anyone who might be wondering I can confirm after recent events that kayaks are easier to paddle than expensive 6m pieces of aluminium, In the rain, Against the wind, I don’t trust my boat anymore☹️ Cheers for the great vid though Sammy 👍

2 guys with long blade fins, pulling the boat from the water, doing about 50 yards an hour to not loose the boat offshore in the wind. We got it in, but it took a lot of kicking... just outside Kaneohe Bay by the airfield channel.

Living in the states, I've never seen a net like that where you dump your shrimp from the horn/top of net. Quite different without tucks in a net. I'd be interested in one. I just don't understand how it works. Awesome catch Sammy! Great video!

Yeah mate, you can use chain on any net if you like. As Merv said the prawns are only in the bucket for a short time before they get out on the ice 👍🍻🍻

Hey Sammy I know it's different where u r but in the SE US we put out a can of dog food with holes poked in it with a stick with a flag on top then go around to each stick with a 10' cast net and each throw get between 3-4 dozen nice size white shrimp. Should fill up a 48 quart cooler in a few hours!!!!! I know it's completely different in Australia but the basics are the same👍👍😎
