We bought a 200 year old house | Welcome to the Enchanted Manor

My great-grandfather lived in this house, and my dad grew up next door!! When we would go to my grandparent's house next door for Thanksgiving, all the grandkids would go to the abandoned house and my dad and my uncle would tell stories of the house. I love this house so much, and it brings tears to my eyes to see someone giving it the love it so truly deserves.

I’m am soooo happy that you and your husband have purchased the house and are going to put your tender love and care into it. My Great-great-great-great grandfather (Dr. Samuel Sevier) was once the owner and resident of the house. I always wished I had the time, money and know-how to restore the house. You might have liked it better in 5 Pts where I lived, or one of the other historical areas. But I think you’ve found the right place now!

I love Practical Magic and I love your house. Are you in Florence now? I'm in Pulaski. I just had to sell my over 100 yr old home because of divorce after 30 yrs together. Why should I have to sell my home for a divorce where my husband cheated with my best friend and she got pregnant? So after my attorney fees ...about 35k ..I'm left with not much of anything. Your magic can cheer me up.
