So just to expand on the house renovations. Here are some of the things we will be doing: 1. Rehabbing the ramp 2. Full redo of the bathroom 3. Updating the kitchen 4. Pulling up the carpet 5. Knocking down walls to create a more open layout 6. Putting an addition onto the master bed and bath 7. Finishing the garage We cannot wait to share the renovation process with you all!

I love them! My brother became a quadriplegic 5 and half years ago when he was 26. But he couldn’t use his arms at all and was on a ventilator. He passed away 5 months ago. I am a year younger then he was (31) shut down my business and spent the past 5 years of my life taking care of him. (Obviously w breaks of nurses that he hated and my mother taking shifts) ones on a vent u end up saving his life at least once a day if not 10 times. It’s very complicated once on a vent and was horrible to watch him suffer. We were always extremely close but taking care of him the way I did, we became MUCH closer. now not sure what to do w myself. Still feel like I’m just in shock! I bless them and am so happy for them!!

So sorry for your loss your an amazing sister for taking care of him I’m also in a wheelchair six months ago I developed a long disease called ards it’s mostly fatal but I survived my sister was able to take off of work for 3 months I was in a coma 62 days she stayed with me a lot that meant the world to me Family is so important I pray for you and your family

Such great news! So many people don't understand what accessibility means to a disabled person. I've been disabled for 59 years and have been through the all of the assistance devices. Even 1 step or curb can cause problems for us. What we crave most is to be as independent in our daily lives as possible. This is such a wonderful blessing!
