I love how some of the houses or at least one has a fenced in front yard! In the town I used to live in they didn't allow fenced front yard because "it takes away from the safe comfort feel of the town." Which I think is ridiculous

Congratulations!! I can’t believe how many house options you had! Pittsburgh has almost no options because the few house that hit the market each month are sold usually before they’re even put online. They also don’t even show houses here anymore! The very few houses will just have one open house for like 2 hours and that’s it. If you want to see it with the 100 other people who want to see it and bid $100k over for it, then you have to go then :/
