I've always interpreted this song as Dave's discontent with the road life, and that Kyle's portion is reassuring Dave. Through that lens, there's so much love in this song and as a band as a whole, which is what they have always been about. The familial love that they have has never wavered, and that's what has been most refreshing about this band. Although it's not much solace, I sincerely devote my condolences to them for the loss of Kyle . WCAR forever.

Wow. I remember being up front at a show and when Kyle started singing, I reached my hand out to him and instead of high fiving me, he held my hand until he finished the song. I remember that night was one of the best nights of my life. I will really miss Kyle. After meeting him I can genuinely say how kind and funny of a person he was.

I dont get how everyone hates Kyle and loves Dave. I like them both together. Think how this song would sound if Kyle wasnt in the song. I dont think that Dave could sing "My home is in the words you say" like Kyle does and get the same effect. These guys are my all time favorite band and without Kyle, I don't think they would even represent the same band. If you look up WCAR in Google, Their Genre comes up as "Melodic Metal-core". Without Kyle they would be just "Metal-core."

The thing is that the term "melodic" comes from the melody of the guitars and instruments not voices. Also, kyle is just a umique voice, no talent in there, just unique. Dont get me wrong i love them as a band but lets face it, he is just unique, not good.

Here is a tribute memorable post that my daughter had made dedicated to Kyle. Here we are again another year. 6 years today we lost a gem to the music world. I remember first discovering WCAR and instantly loving them. Kyle was my fave because he always seemed lively and a truly good person. I saw him during their tracing back roots tour Aug 12th of 2013. They were my second show. And the moments I had where I connected with Kyle from the audience was lovely. I gave him a hand heart and said, "I love you Kyle" and he threw one back and then sometimes during the show he was standing above us and I took the moment and held his hand and two other girls followed suit. It was a memorable day for me. I have that picture and never did I think how sacred and special and priceless that pic would be today. You were a freaking beautiful soul with a gifted talent. We all loved you. Sometimes we give up the fight we have been battling for so long inwardly. The unspoken demons who make us feel unworthy. When in truth you were always worthy and treasured. These past few days I have lemented over today with tears and sadness in my heart because I can't quite grasp that this is a reality. And my heart is twinged every year. Listening to your music today in memory of you. And it's the toughest thing I do every year. Once today is over I find it hard to hear it otherwise. You will forever be at home in our hearts.
