Im sorry for your loss Dee. I was a care giver myself of multiple people. Its a satisfying job for the strong willed person with a heart of gold, its also a heart wrenching one, when things happen that you have no control over. Much love to you, never forget, shes never really gone. Im glad you were there loving and sacrificing with love for her all the way to her last moment. Hey Dee, I am a caregiver to my disabled husband. He is nowhere near as immobile as your beloved Queen G but He has vision issues and only has use of one side of his body and requires a brace to walk so simple things are not always easy for him. We happily do this because we love them and because we love being the one to take care of them. But it can be hard for us too. We often don't complain but it can be draining at times. Thanks for sharing your life with us.

I get ya Dee. Although I'm not a caregiver now I was and I know how hard it is. I think I would have still been one if he (my partner) hadn't turned nasty to my kids and moaned if we used any of the machines in the house. Once he did that, I couldn't do it no more.
