This used to be me for years and I always felt shit on a cheat day , I now don’t call any day a cheat day because cheating is bad in general so if you need to cheat on your diet , I say fix your diet. Now I eat protein carbs and fats everyday instead of depriving myself for 6 days and then binging on one . Remember calorie deficit 😊😊♥️♥️
