小麦で作る普通のパンも作りますし嫌いではないんですが、米粉でもパンやお菓子を作ります。 好みもあるんでしょうが、個人的には米粉で作るものの方が好きです。 こういういろんな思いの入った米粉のスイーツを作るお店が広がって欲しいですね。
