You have to wonder how the Windsors tolerate the humiliation of being made to dress like live clowns and waving like idiots for everyone to see, but they have no other function - none - and get to fleece the taxpayer of at least £350 million per year for pretending to be 'royal', whatever that is. The joke is on the British taxpayer and the UK after all and the rest of the world has been in stitches for too long. Anyway, its just about over. There will be no more 'coronations' in the UK, and soon the balcony will be - as it should be now - accessible to the people who actually own it. About Harry and the Invictus Games. Many forget that it was William and Catherine as well as Harry that set that all up through the Royal Foundation. William gave a lot of money to support this endeavor however, it is very questionable how much Harry has given. I would love to see Harry stay home and see William at the Invictus Games even in early May. Harry has turned the Invictus Games into the "Megs style show" and it is despicable what she has done to tarnish it. The focus needs to stay on the athletes and what they have been through, not on Meghan's wardrobe. I just wish H & M would fade off into the sunset somewhere.

Yes, William is very fortunate in his wife and his extended family. They are all troopers in addition to being kind, compassionate, honoranle and dignified people. I saw a part of the documentary about the Middletons where local publician described an occasion when the family, including William were dining at the back room of the pub with paps waiting for an opportunity in the front room and nobody cued the paps about what was happening at the back even after the family left, also from the back. 😂

Actually she will not be known as the Queen Mother because she will not be the mother to the Monarch. Catherine, like Camilla's will be the Queen Consort, meaning spouse of the King when William ascends. The word Consort is just not used anymore. That said, the Middletons seem to be a lovely, close family and will continue to support their daughter, her husband and the children in the glorious discretion they have displayed for the past twenty years.

Prince Harry: I took drugs by FIONA BARTON and LOUISA PRITCHARD, Mail on Sunday Prince Harry was ordered to visit a drugs rehabilitation clinic by his father after the teenager confessed to smoking cannabis and heavy drinking, it was revealed last night. The short sharp shock treatment came after the Prince, who was 16 at the time, admitted experimenting with the class B drug with older teenagers at Highgrove, at private parties in Gloucestershire and in an outbuilding at a local pub. He also told how he had been taking part in underage drinking at the same pub during after-hours sessions. Prince Charles, who confronted his younger son after noticing a dramatic change in the boy's behaviour, took Harry to Featherstone Lodge, a residential centre for drug users in Peckham, South London, which he himself had opened in 1998. There the young Prince talked to recovering cocaine and heroin addicts who warned him that they had begun by abusing alcohol and smoking cannabis. The day-long visit shocked the Prince to such an extent, that he has not touched alcohol or drugs since. It is understood that although the Prince was accompanied by Mark Dyer, his aide and friend, his Royal Protection officer - who guards him round the clock - remained outside during the rehabilitation sessions. Prince Harry began experimenting with the drug when he was left alone at Prince Charles's country home, Highgrove, during the summer. Until last year, Prince Charles made it a rule to always be at home during the school holidays but last June and July, Prince William was away on his gap year and Charles believed Harry was old enough to be left alone. But the teenager made friends with a new, older crowd at the Rattlebone Inn in Sherston, just a couple of miles from Highgrove. One of his new friends, agricultural student Guy Pelly, 19, is understood to have introduced the Prince to cannabis. A family friend is reported as saying: 'He encouraged Harry to experiment with the drug at a private party in Tetbury and, on one occasion, in a shed at the back of the Rattlebone Inn. It wasn't long before Pelly would take drugs into Highgrove so he could smoke it at parties there. 'Harry would never smoke it inside the house, though on one occasion he went outside for a joint.' Members of staff at Highgrove noticed a smell of cannabis after one party and alerted Charles, who had already become alarmed at the change in his son. 'The Prince talked to Harry and he admitted it straight away. There was no point in screaming and shouting at him. The Prince is a patron of a number of drugs charities and he took advice from the experts. 'He decided it would be a good idea for Harry to spend a day talking to people coming out of cocaine and heroin addiction to see what happens to you if you start taking drugs. 'He wants Harry to learn from hard experience. These are hard heroin addicts and consequences of their drug abuse shocked Harry into realising what he was doing was not the right path to go down and that the people he was mixing with were not the right friends to have.' Harry's older brother, Prince William also talked to him at length about the dangers. Another friend said: 'William is such a steadying influence. The two of them have had detailed discussions and Harry has changed his ways. He now understands the very real perils of drug-taking and excessive drinking. 'He has a lot to be thankful for. If his brother and father did not care so much about him, there might well have been a different end to this story.'

And, the UK public doesn't want Harry back and the Commonwealth doesn't want Harry back. If, for some reason, the Royal Family ends up putting Harry back to work as a Royal, there will substantial public unrest about it. Same goes for Andrew.
