I'm also interested in Obz & Woodstock but the roof thing sounds SCARY. How and when did you know it was asbestos?

You need to uncover these things during Due Diligence and get a qualified inspector to cover all the bases.

Cramming those poor kids in like sardines 😪

This video was recorded 2 years ago when we did the transaction. We inherited this configuration from the previous owner, but we have since reconfigured the rooms to accommodate either 1 or 2 students. We now rent the house to 8 students and meet all the requirements of NSFAS.

Great job as always! I'd like to ask, where did you find this deal? Was it on property 24 or it was an off market deal?
@LaurensBoel4 күн бұрын
This was an off market deal. We were working directly with the seller.

Thank you for the very interesting video. Is it possible to use all the principles used in this positive cash flow method for any other business idea
@LaurensBoel4 ай бұрын
Yes, any business, whether in real estate or not, requires cashflow to sustain. As long as you can generate more income than expenses, you have a business worth exploring. Good luck
