It was lovely to see Jade in front of the camera for a change - although I really enjoy seeing you both. Jade often looks SO serious on the videos that it’s nice to see her smile occasionally. I know your jobs are dangerous and need concentration to stay safe - and your safety is obviously far more important than any video - but my guess is that a LOT of people watch your channel for you guys - more so than watching timber being milled. So glad you enjoyed your first Show experience. I just wish I could visit sometime - but it’s too far, and I’m too old. 🙄 Your parents must be incredibly proud of you - and rightfully so.

Very exciting! It was funny to hear about your trip through Pittsburgh, it reminded me of my first time going through the tunnels. Coming from the middle of nowhere to the city is an exciting adventure. Of all the cities I have now been to I still enjoy a visit to Pittsburgh once in a while the most, there is something about the energy there. Glad y'all enjoyed the show. I remember when Wood-Mizer first appeared at the World Ag Expo in Tulare CA. Always had a big crowd around their equipment. They've come a long ways since those days. These two ladies make operation the equipment look so easy.

@@scottsoper hard to believe being close to a highway there isn’t electricity close by to supply power. Would be a good investment if power was available. Just saying

@@donaldmckie5960 Yes there is electricity at the road I believe. I don't think they ever told us why they are not connected. However sense they are not connected, it is my opinion that they stay disconnected from the grid. Connecting to the grid would be an up front investment. I would prioritize buying the LT70 WIDE and support equipment with as much cash as possible and paying off any other debt as fast as possible. I would consider experimenting with a wood gas powered generator; keeping them off the grid.

Agree , it’s a business decision on their end obviously. As a Woodmizer owner myself, I can see advantages of electric and gas or diesel depending upon your situation. I do have a friend who mills every day for a living and has the electric setup. More reliable and efficient in a stationary situation. 13k hours on this mill and it’s his sixth mill.
