Not just DS3 elements! At 1:24 the characters weapon does the move of the Stake Driver trick weapon from Bloodborne... and against the Centipede Demon from Dark Souls 1! They've also released a separate promotion screenshot that has the Duke's Dear Freyja from DS2

They use as much existing assets that they've made as they can. Old scrapped enemies have appeared in subsequent titles in a finished state. They just have an incredible workflow and resource management system that doesn't let any work ever go to waste.

Rip if you don't like the game but we don't all have the same tastes, that's nothing new. Personally it's my favorite game like a lot of people and the DLC was really crazy.
