Hi Joe Love the video!! You always inspire me to get in the water. I’ve just moved to south wales from Brazil so I’m having to sort some stuff out to cope with the cold!! I’ve got a wetsuit and some gloves but I’m now thinking about my feet. I have some good fins but I’m not sure how cold my feet will get. Do you where anything under your fins??

That's funny I was going to ask you if you had seen any octopus. We saw our first this year today in the crab pot (Returned as always to live another day) we have been seeing more in the last few years and some pretty big ones.

with a minimum size on bass how do tell that the fish you are targeting are over that size

The min size is 42cm, and this is a very small fish, around mackerel size. You wouldn't bother spearing as it would have barely any meat on the bone 👌
