I've got some experience with gluten-free breads. Generally, it's a good idea to let the batter sit for 10 minutes or so. Also using small baking dishes to bake them in small dishes to avoid soggy centers.

Super complicated recipe. I do 1 cup red lentils saoked in 2 cups water for 3-4 hours. Drain and replace water to blend into batter in nutri ninja. Pour as crepes into nonstick fry pan. Done! Will say the end result looks delish, but not going through the trouble and time

Why dont u also start a 5 minutes Soups of various clear soup broths to enjoy along with yr different versions of breads u r expert at ceeating dear sir ❤ 🎉. . . just add any mix veges lightly sauted in tiny cubes of carrots, beans, tomato, radish with its radish leave, onions, potato, spring onion, chives , cauliflower, cabbage, beets, seperately combined as well 😊

Do not roast nuts and seeds in a pan. All good unsaturated fats will otherwise turn into trans fats and become difficult to digest. It is better to soak them overnight or even sprout them before incorporating them into the bread.

I believe there is a difference in adding ingredients as there is in stirring and folding into recipe. Baking is a lot about handling to put air to help it rise while baking. ,,,
