impressive :) Its cheap to live in China! China is allot more modern and developed than I expected! Whether you call China a communist or socialist state it is undeniably a country putting the common good of a community first. Thus the Central and regional governments will planned, invested and installed whatever facility to improve the lives of the citizens in the community.Western democracies like the US or UK are short-term profit driven.Have a nice time.
@SamMcNeill-q6w
@SamMcNeill-q6w 8 ай бұрын
Putting common good of the community first is exactly what communist/socialist is all about. I am afraid that most people from the "democratic states" have never read socialism/communism classics. All you know about this social-political system of governance comes all from propaganda. True, it is not perfect and the remarkable achievement of China in the past 4 decades can be attributed a lot to the market economy, which is a capitalist thing. It is time for the westerners to look at what communism really is, instead of believing what the press has been telling you: it is same as Nazi, it is NOT.

@KrisVonCN

The food, polluted water, the environment is not suitable for a superior British to live in India. Already saw many news that foreigner girls being raped in India. Eventhough India has the largest population in the world, but the facilities of China will more be modern than Indian. Language is a problem. If you would like to start life in China, master basic Chinese phrase will help you a lot. From your tone, like UK still owns India, and you are a master, they are servants. India is an independent country, not to mention Colonial thing, that's offensive.

It's the right decision. Absolutely ✅️. And obvious, for all the reasons you stated...and some you didn't. China is THE SAFEST country and MOST PROGRESSIVE....BY FAR. The taxes are lower, cost of living is LOWER, and therfore, its also where realistically, a person or couple CAN RAISE A FAMILY. Britain is actually facing collapse - guess you saw the video with that same title!? Anyway, good for you both. God bless all in the neq year.

5.8 million modern slaves. Famous people like Peng Shuai going missing, 150 million malnourished, endless child kidnapping, yearly mass stabbings, and record numbers fleeing China to the U.S. /Mexico border last year , paints a slightly different picture. Well, the economy does not have to be cyclical. It is only cyclical because we have lived in capitalistic societies and economies for decades and we cannot imagine anything else. Boom and bust cycles are caused by excess production (boom) while demand growth slowed until a bubble of excess capacity finally burst (bust!) causing damage to everyone, except those who see it coming and have the cash to take advantage of the bust. If you can identify the bubble growing, which is not that difficult if you have economists paying attention, you can use nation wide policies and regulations to deflate the bubble before it gets too big, redirect the excess capacity and capital towards other areas that need it more and can grow more and be more sustainable, you basically solve boom and bust cycle. Which is exactly what China is doing to its real estate sector right now. But people living in the west cannot wrap their heads around this concept or they refuse to admit what it is, and still using western rhetoric to describe it in western neoliberal terms. They are trying to box in what China is doing outside their box, so their own people will not realize that there is another system out there - socialism with Chinese characteristics - that works better than neoliberalism.

Thanks for your views - appreciate it. IMHO the UK has flat lined because of a number a reasons..a major one being ... Leaving the EU.. (the US Billionaires the Hunt ( Brothers) donated to the Brexit campaign !!??- because the UK leaving the Common Market weakened it and the EU in one blow, thus strengthening US Economic domination . A government of the self interested wealthy whose mandate long expired and yet they are still in power - jerking from one PM to the next with no choice but to adhere to US foreign policies even if they put the UK at a huge disadvantage and with no formulated recovery plan that would stablize the sagging economy. Spending Hundreds of millions of UK pounds supporting a war in the UK that in reality is a war of the US vs Russia - (Hint, it has nothing to do with democracy). The Slavish adherence to Neo Libertarian ideology the has clearly demonstrated a shifting of national wealth to individual and corporate wealth A Press that is chain ganged into submission to serve the interests of the Elite and Corporates, and assisting in the spreading of Propaganda - distorting or downright lying - void of any real social good or public interest, but rather serving their owners and masters. (There is NO freedom of the press from the established media and Covid was used to justify the reason and power of this intent. Poor UK Enjoy China - which again, IMHO, is a growing powerful nation standing on its own two feet and not under the domination of an increasingly scary America.

The US suffers from paranoia that China and Russia will expand their borders into their surrounding neighbors and will one day threaten to topple the US supremacy. This is part of their propaganda to bring down their enemies. And to a certain extent it has worked. I talked to a few Brits who were in favor of supporting the Ukrainian war because they said if Russia wins Ukraine, Poland will be next and they will keep expanding till they get to the UK. So the paranoia has become real for the Brits.

Jeepers, Kid! How old are you??? You talk like someone far older than your apparent years. Of course, this is from a senior citizen and I don't really want to know how old you are. I only wish for you and your partner to continue with your amazing adventure.

Britain's problem is not bad governments but the falling revenue from the North Sea, increasing competition from a rising far east and growing population due to immigration

There is no inconvenience in China except that there are more people. On the contrary, it is safer, cleaner and more convenient. China utilizes everyone's potential to unlimited extent, so you will rarely see homeless people there. Even if you do, they are almost always Alzheimer's and those suffering from Alzheimer's disease. People with mental illness, in China you can choose unlimited food, because there are so many kinds of food, you don’t have to worry about eating the same thing every day. The fact that Chinese people are hungry is the false propaganda of the Western media and is a deceptive word. On the contrary, they are getting more and more obese. More and more people are coming. The biggest difference is that Chinese people have spoken in English since primary school, but very few people use English for conversation. Almost all their young people can understand simple English, but Chinese is still the mainstream. Once you learn Mandarin, you can speak in this language better than the rest of the world. Europe is a big country with free travel. If I remember correctly, the whole of Europe is only over 6 million square kilometers plus Russia and Europe, while China alone has nearly 10 million square kilometers, which is more diverse and has a stronger national color.
