Good to see you enjoying The Cotswolds. Lucky enough to call it home. Yep the villages can be very quiet but it’s lovely to live in them while the towns offer a bit more life & eating / shopping opportunities. And depending on where you live, you’re only 1.5hrs by train from London. Love your other trip blogs BTW. Keep up the travels.

Happy Birthday to you both, the Uk has lots of beautiful places throughout the island another place you may want to look up is Lavenham in Suffolk wonky medieval houses from the Tudor times, another great vlog by the way, thank you.

@ yes we have a lot of coast Colchester is the uk’s oldest town dates back to just before the romans there’s Maldon from the Viking times if your looking for coast Weymouth, Cornwall and Devon are good places and if your after beautiful but rugged coast you have the Lake District and stunning places in Scotland and Wales. Thanks for being so respectful it’s a pleasure to have you both here.

Watch out for the drnk drive limit here, 1 pint is max, though a lot of counties prefer zero ...great vlogs guys
@TheDetourDuo3 сағат бұрын
Thanks for the warning. We never have more than one pint any day we're driving. I made sure to show I was drinking kombucha, in the end haha.

Depends on the ABV, anything above 3.5 % ABV than limit it to half a pint to be sure one is under.

We're just loving your English tour videos, see you had quite a big hire car for the English lanes... should have asked for a Robin Reliant 😂😂. I've just come back this evening from Stow on the Wold and drove through Morton in Marsh. It's a shame you missed the Xmas decorations, the main high street looked beautiful. Ps your English accents are hilarious 😂 😃

Great video 👍 The church pubs is common through out Europe as the monk's and nuns created the alcoholic beverages and sold to the congregation 😊

This seemed like a very chill but enjoyable trip. What are your favorite kinds of trips? The ones with the big adventures and fast paced cities? Ones like this? Or just exploring US towns? Sara- you’re so diplomatic as you described the areas you prefer (less residential…I like having parking and shops…)😂 Uh, yeah! Just staring at old houses gets old real quick, especially when you have to walk for ever to find parking, lol. By the way, happy birthday!🎉On a sidenote, you have the most beautiful hair. May I ask, do you use a curling iron or something else to get those beautiful waves?
@TheDetourDuoСағат бұрын
Great questions. I think a good mix of both. We like being able to slow down from time to time and really get to know a place. Harder to do in a big city where we feel the need to see everything it has to offer. That said, it's nice to not have to drive an hour to do something if you get bored or get stuck going to the same restaurant all the time. We definitely prefer cities outside of the U.S. mainly because it's completely new to us. Thank you for the birthday wish. In this video just a curling iron, and I don't use a clamp. A few people have asked, which took me by surprise, but I'm going to post quick my process on our instagram stories this week if you want to check it out.

ZZ in Italian is pronounced as TS so Zizzi is pronounced Zitsi. Pizza is Pitsa.
