I love the original design and the thought behind the integrated looking bracelet! Well done team Long Island! Unfortunately the lug to lug is a bit too big for my dinky wrist. My one and only personal preference mismatch is the blue ar coating. If the dial is blue, it will compliment’s it, if it is anything else, it just doesn’t belong. At least for me.

Marc, I love the look of those divers and the rubber strap is perfect. As for stealth tech: The new stealth air craft are smooth and rounded because, after the soviet union broke down it was discovered that a Russian Mathematician had published papers on how radar moved along metal surfaces. Thus the f-117 developed prior was angular. The F-22 is smooth, and flies much better. Most modern war fighters look similar because the design nature. I can at least afford your awesome watches! Love my Bradner.

The light blue/turquoise might look nicer on a white rubber strap. I didn't like it as much on metal. Or perhaps with a white bezel like the lavender one. It feels like it needs something to take the edge off the overwhelming blue. Nice set of watches!

I think they look better on the strap, but I wear my Sub on a rubber strap too. That little town so close to New York City looks such a nice place. I live on an island in UK joined to the mainland by bridges. It's the best of both worlds, feeling both cut off and joined at the same time.

Hope to see more of the white Ceramic bezel through out the industry...great looking makes all the colors "pop". Great lavender but the case size keeps it away from my wrist. I stick to the 40 as do many of the women. Got the archer lavender but it has black bezel. Too many black bezel in my box!

While not criticizing the sentiment, the Merchant Marine Academy is not free in the same sense as the Cooper Union. It’s a federal service academy like West Point or Annapolis with a service requirement in either the military or approved merchant marine industry jobs. As someone that similarly had their education paid for by Uncle Sam, they are great opportunities for the few that get in; but it’s not “free” 😂

I really like the angular case, reminds me of some grand seikos, and the bezel is nice. It'd be great to see this one in 36-37mm but I get that it'd likely not sell well. Also some mentioned the micro adjust clasp, I think that a simple push clasp bracelet even without micro adjust would be a better fit. I'm not a fan of rubber straps but it looks and fits amazing with that black dial

It was always known that curved surfaces could scatter radar waves better than flat ones. At the time of F-117's development, they didn't have the computer power available to take on the incredibly massive number of calculations needed to model curved surface reflections. They were able to do the calculations for faceted surfaces.
