I'm all for UFO sightings, but I feel like this Bright dim... Thing... Is more than likely simply a satellite. In the days before they coated them to deflect light, it was more common, but you can still see them - they appear as slow moving shooting stars following a long arc. The bright light was likely a coincidence, the light hitting the satellite just right at the perfect time to seem connected. Again, I'm open to experiences but I also think it's good to be able to recognize things for what they are... Even if it is a bummer. But I'm a random girl on the internet, take me with a grain of salt. 😊

Hi, A Bedbug here, Colorado native as well, I said I read it on a lore website. Doesn't mean its true, its just what hyped up local legends say. You know, it's really mindboggling to think how man has expanded upon the basic juxtaposition of good vs. evil. Orsl stories handed down from primitive man, the written word, broadcast television and radio, movies (and not just horror, westerns and almost every genre). Wars - all conflicts really. It can all be boiled down to good vs. evil, or our perception of such. People believe in things like angels and demons because they need a physical manifestation to pin these concepts on. God vs. Satan. But even before them, all of the polytheistic religions, all of them had good gods and bad gods. But then we as humans are neither all good or all bad. Even history's most brutal tyrants were not without positive traits, nor were it's most pious saints without sin. Perhaps this realization would temper the fear of some ... or intensify it.

BTW, this story reminded me a little of what happened with my father's side of relatives. He and his brothers had their way with a drunk shop assistant working for the families shop. She was nothing more to the family than an extra hand during busy season. However, unlike other temporary employees, this one got pregnant. The parents were furious because they feared for the families reputation and the shops further existences... Since they couldn't tell who landed the lucky shot, they wanted the eldest to take over business and the second eldest to take responsibility for this mess, but the eldest studied and thus refused to take over business. Thus, the third married her. It was never a love marriage, but AFAIK, they are still together. (I broke contact with that side of relatives. Most were just scum)
