I have the AD10, and it's an incredibly tough sob for a folder. It is also probably the most comfortable handle of any folder I own, and I own a lot of them. It's become my backup knife for my fixed blade when I g into the woods. I highly recommend it..I didn't think anything would ever knock the Ultimate Hunter out of my pocket as far as woods worthy folders go, but the AD10 has done just that. I still love the UH, but this beastly knife has really impressed the hell out of me.

@@HectorMorales-rs5qt I've never handled the SR1 so it's hard to say. I like the extra blade length of the SR1, but but without ever having used one, I'm not sure. AD-10 is a 3.5" blade, SR1 a 4" blade, but I've been told it is pretty thickly ground, so my best guess is the AD-10 is a better cutter.. Just a FYI. I saw a video on. Tri-ad lock. Short version- even if there is some wear On lock-blade the thumb lock where you push down has a Leaf-like spring that pushes up. so it keep compensating for any wear that occurs. If any pressure on the blade, The blade pushes against a pin instead of the lock which usually causes wear and eventually Fail. I think eventually this knife will fail with batoning but Only over a lot of use! Any tri-ad lock Knife maybe will rule for not having wiggle with use. Great design!
