My husband has always dreamed of seeing the whales and glaciers, so it’s a big bucket list item for us! Love NCL! We have been on the Joy and will be boarding the Bliss soon also heading to Alaska. As for towel animals, they will do it if you ask ahead and give them a nice tip:). We wanted them for our kids. Enjoyed your video!

Hi Dev! I know it's too late to tell you now but you can ask for the towel animals! They'll be happy to do it for you. I think NCL cut back as not everyone likes them and it saves water usage (in that there's a reduced amount of water used for less towels used).

We traveled out of Vancouver for ours, it's a lot less choppy and the inside passage is stunning. It's hard to put into words how beautiful Alaska is. It's just one of those places you have to see to appriciate. PS, the story on the Red Saloon, it's sawdust BTW, but the back in the gold panning days, small pieces of gold would fall out of the miners pockets and the owner didn't want them to be able to find them, lol. So he threw down the sawdust and then sifted through the sawdust each night for the gold that fell out of the miners pockets.

Love watching your videos! I’d love to hear about group cruises. But, in the meantime, we just booked an Alaska cruise on the Celebrity Solstice at the end of May 2025. Is it better to wait till we get to Juneau to book a heli/glacier/dog sledding excursion? I read so much about the weather cancellations. Any input would be great. Tonight, I;m going to go back and watch some of your Alaska videos. You and Bianca make a great couple. Looks like you both have lots of fun together. Happy sailing.

I loved your shore excursion on the fly. We are thinking of just walking in Ketchikan and Canada. We won’t have enough time. We kept Mendenhall Glacier and then walking around town.

Sorry to hear you guys were cancelled for the whale watching tour. The wife and I definitely want to go on our next trip to Alaska. PCDev is absolutely right about going in the May timeframe. Most of the friends I talked to who went in May had bad weather days and some cancelled excursions. PCDev, Medenhall glacier we definitely enjoyed back in July 2022. Thanks for mentioning that on your video. Recommendation for you motion sickness people as I heard Bianca had issues in the rough water. The wife and take a half of a bonine pill each morning to cover us at sea for those rough water days or just the natural swaying at times. Only half a pill because usually the motion sickness pills have some drowsiness. Keep up the awesome work PCDev, the wife and I really enjoy the videos. Keep them coming 😎

Hate it that you couldn't go with H&M on the whale watching. We went with them in June last year and it was amazing! Well worth it! Thanks for the tip about The Hanger. We had Tracy's last year and loved it, but we might try The Hanger on our next Alaska trip, next week! 😂😂😂

After the changes to Disney DAS I dont think I'll be able to go back to disney due to my disability now not being recognised (even though universal and other disney parks recognise it as such) My mum who has MS and it isn't just mobility related for her, also wont qualify

I would choose a Thermal Suite pass over specialty dining every time if I could only afford one extra. The saunas to sweat out all the drinking I've done then the eucalyptus and salt rooms are great for recovering. It's like an oxygen treatment 😂

If I could travel I would book in a heart beat. Love both of you. I think when you saw that rainbow it was sent from heaven itself so you got to see the whales saying welcome back to Alaska! Then when your trip to see them got canceled I knew for sure the whales wanted you to know they were there just for you! I think Whales have a strong spirit and you two have a strong loving spirit so you must connect somehow that they came to you instead. So lucky cause some people go out on excursions and don’t get to see a whale 🐋 Dev the food looked amazing. Sad I never made it to Alaska. We planned to go on our fiftieth wedding anniversary but, the marriage ended just before that trip. Oh I loved your little peek into the town and seeing those crab legs oh yum at the end great choices! Glad you had fun and enjoyed the day! Great stream❤

Hi Dev and Bianca. So I'm a little confused did you eat at the Red Dog Salon or The Hanger where you got the king crab legs? I can't wait for my husband and I to go on a cruise. I've never been on a cruise before and I'm hesitant on going on a Disney cruise. My husband and I are in our 60's and I'm not sure that I want to be around that many children on a Disney cruise. Don't get me wrong I love children but I really want a laid back relaxing adult cruise. I think I'm going to get my husband to look into a Norwegian cruise ship now. Thanks for the video!
