I love Elvis, watch them instead of harvesting them. It's so much more enriching...
@BlueWorldTV Жыл бұрын
I agree with you 100% but I would also like to make a comment on the word "harvest." This is a term that people like to apply to killing animals that somehow makes it seem nicer. I hear it all the time these days. "We harvested this deer." No...we harvest things we grow, like corn or tomatoes. Hunting wild animals is not harvesting...it's hunting. I'm not entirely opposed to some forms of hunting, but let's call it what it is, not dress it up with a word that makes it seem like it's something else. There is no question that commercial fishing as we know it is completely unsustainable. 8 billion people cannot live on wildlife. To "harvest" a fish, you need to grow it first.
@Frankfurter1982 Жыл бұрын

I noticed your son using a dome lens on his Gopro... Would you mind telling me which one he uses and why???? Gopro's has super wide-angle mode. Thank you for all the videos over the years. You are simply the best! - Marty
@BlueWorldTV Жыл бұрын
The super wide angle mode is actually a terrible feature. It takes the full sensor which is something like 5:4 aspect ratio and stretches the sides to make it 16:9. Super distorted and weird. You are better off to use the regular wide mode which simply crops to 16:9. It still uses the full width of the sensor, so the width is actually the same, without the distortion. The problem with the GoPro underwater is the flat port which creates chromatic aberration off axis. The lens my son is using is a wet lens that fixes the flat port distortion. reefphoto.com/products/inon-ufl-g140-sd-semi-fisheye-lens-for-gopro-hero-3-3-4

Jonathan, you need to have your next family dive, on your diving adventure, have your, daughters, Elise, scuba, diving with you and your, wife, Christine in your next video. Why did you have to make sure that none of Liam's hair was show. His hair makes it easy to know which diver he is while scuba diving. I can't tell if Christine is on the dive with you, Liam and the rest of the people or not.
