@@NightKev slow start, truant, klutz, defeatist, normalize to a non normal pokemon, stall to a pokemon that wants to go first, neutralizing gas is an amazing thing to give your opponent in this specific battle so you can cancel your abilities. There're many options, when you want to make a Pokemon bad w an ability, even contrary on the right pokemon is a horrible ability Edit: giving impostor to a legendary, that's already 9 examples and they could have a limit to one of the ability per team and not between both teams like in this video since there're less bad abilities than amazing ones Edit2: fluffy can give you an even larger weakness to fire, emergency exit and wimp out, weak armor to a pokemon that's either so slow or so fast that it doesn't matter and perish body. That's more than 12 already and they could probably think of more stuff on the spot

You guys should do a battle thingy where you each get to make just 1 Pokemon on your team obscenely OP, but the other person has no idea which one it is. Meaning that when battling neither of you can be sure whether any Pokemon the other member sends out is a threat or not because literally any of them could be no matter which Pokemon it is. Then when it finally comes down to the 1 on 1 probably between the 2 broken Pokemon, it's a lot more up to chance than skill of which one will win.

Video suggestion... You and opponent each have 3 any ability "cards" and three on illegal move "cards" and 2 swap "cards". You and your opponents will choose 8 pokemon, before you do you will set up your 8 cards in any order. At the end of each round you will reveal your card in play. When you swap pokemon, you have to use that pokemon given to you on your team.
