My favorite part of the fan letter is how it highlighted the perspective of random marines in the summit war. Really showed how massive in scope and destruction the war was - we didn’t really get this perspective before (besides a few scenes with koby and helmeppo) since we were viewing the war through mostly luffys eyes so we took for granted all the crazy devil fruit powers and the power of the pirates, warlords, Pacifista and high ranking marines

Not only that. When a series makes a short based on the perspective of commoners and background characters, it really helps in expanding it and making it more engaging for the audiences. That’s why Twilight Wings from Pokemon is so great.

So I'd guess (purely guessing) either with the Egghead soundtrack (if there is one) or with a character song album. AKA eventually and probably at the worst next year when they resume airing. Or someone else speculated it could also play during the Fishman arc that's about to air.

@@Dwight1That1 in my opnion not making jimbei an official strawhat after fishman island was a big mistake because making him an oficial memeber years latter after the line up didn't update itself since brook debut in thriller bark, he basically became everyone least favorite strawhat for how little time he spent with the team, specially if you make it official in an arc where too much stuff is going on like wanno and we are almos close to the end. Thats kinda like if you tease frankly to become a strawhat at the end of ennis looby but it dosn't become one until the end of marineford it just feels too out of place and too little too late.

@@Microwave_4440 No, the voices are different. 0:46 - 0:48 "自由だけが - jiyū dakega" is Chō (Brook VA). 0:49 - 0:51 "俺たちのルール - ore tachi no rūru" is Katsuhisa Hōki (Jinbe VA). Notice that one voice is deeper (Jinbe) than the other (Brook). The way of singing is different too.
