I want a dog so badly but my parents would never get me one. I bug them everyday though (or almost everyday). My moms friend has a golden retriever so I asked to meet it! I just found out it’s blind, which is very unfortunate. I have to wait until I’m at least 20 to get a golden or when I move out 😭 😢

One year ago I lost my puppy , she had been there throughout my whole life . She got in a fight with cancer and we where willing to do any and everything and pay as much as she needs to keep her alive . But we didn’t think of the fact that she was in pain and suffering . The day before we where going to put her down she sat down in my room , and started seizing . Poor baby died in pain . Rest in love and peace brizzy.

I brought home my golden a little over 3 years ago & she has such a great personality. I suggest taking your little guy hiking in a park. I'm fortunate to live in Colorado, so my pup has a whole.variety of trails & mountain streams to explore & to burn off her energy.. I learned my lesson by not keeping her on a harness. Now she stays on a leash. If you don't have a chest harness get one.
