This has been an issue with systems of this nature regardless of how they're implemented. If you remember school and are from the US, zero tolerance rules were extremely detrimental, and far more often punished the bullied kids for standing up to their bully than actually prevented bullying itself. It has gotten to the point where it's a known fact that if you're being bullied, the school will not care until you force them to care. These guidelines operate in much the same way, punishing people who respond to negative creators for having dared spoken up, limiting the people who have good intentions while the people with bad intentions just manipulate the platform. It's a mismanagement of authority and it's actually quite disgusting, and I hope that KZbin itself realizes that they are not the good guys in this situation.

To clarify for 6:41 from what I know: During the *Advertisement/Demonetization Crisis* when they started refusing to put ads on videos/demonetized Channels a bunch even if those channels were perfectly fine/family friendly. There were Channels uploading pron (yes, from a hub website) with ads every minute or so, they lasted for around 3 years. (supposedly, I wouldn't know or anything, they got taken down around early-mid 2019). Also the Channels doing this were rather smart about it, for some reason just searching said channel names didn't work so you'd have to use *specific words* in the search bar to find the videos. It was fun during college though.(For obvious reasons colleges have certain websites blocked). Leaving an open PC with those videos on it for the next person to find, was a great laugh lol

To add further context, certain courses you couldn't just apply for, you needed experience in that field for a couple of years, so you'd apply to the previous courses some taking a year or two to finish,before you'd get to apply to the 3 or 4 year course you actually wanted, most of the longer courses would have you finished for the day by 8pm but some would also be 10pm. 2+3 or 2+4= either 5 or 6. Add those to 16 and tell me what you get; I get your calculations might be off, so I'll help you out, 16+5= 21 16+6= 22 Last I checked, those ages aren't minors unless the laws changed, which means we're all f'ed. I know, I probably didn't need to respond. Internet trolls are a thing. Maybe my bad for not including this in the original post. But that post is really long, and people dont like long posts, but I guess we're here now. 🤷 Extra context to help: Not all courses are equal. Not all PCs have access to the same websites, different restrictions depending on your department. This is a recurring theme in other colleges and even universities. The PC's for the 3/4 year courses, which used the same rooms, had access to yt and a couple other sites. Also, to clarify, I wasn't the only one to do this but after about the third or fourth time a PC was left like this, it was caught by a teacher then the administration caught on and wasn't happy, we all got a talking to about professionalism and all that, if it happens again consequences for the entire department not just the class (surprisingly). I think that's about it. I know a lot changed after my course ended. Including yt privileges.

So I was streaming without knowing, This is worse because of the fact at the time the window mode I used on OBS was "automatically capture the window your tabbed in on" So I would auto default to discord or other programs. Not only that, my stream settings where set to private as well by default by youtube So nobody would tell me I accidently streaming. So on that day my brother pulled up PH on his discord streaming thing as a joke. I thought nothing of it because I was just talking with his friends. But Then 30 minutes later I go on youtube and it turns out that I am logged out, I check my emails and I am terminated. With zero strikes before btw. Just an instant termination. Over a small mistake I lose all my videos that I worked so hard for the past 7 years on and I can't get them back. I just want my history and all my videos back. At the very least I deserved for that was a strike. But its alot of human error behind it and there was no intent for it. At this point I just want option to download all my videos, Because KZbin can give my channel and my videos back at any time they choose. I deserve to have my hard work back and not have it held hostage from me for one mistake I made.

NerdCity has a great video that is quite dated now but he referenced a few Twitter/KZbin users who were deeply invested in uncovering numerical codes that corresponded to just about the entire OED and even at the time had a pretty good idea of a huge dictionary of words/codes and the implications of having a video tagged and how different combinations, where they appeared in your video and myriad other factors. It was actually bananas. If you create content then it IS important to you. Given the project was ongoing I HIGHLY recommend watching the video and following the users to find out the culmination of everyone’s combined work. I’d enjoy an update video regardless but I’m not invested in the platform and I highly recommend that video specifically as well as NC videos in general to anyone who is a fan of Muta/SOG. Please let me know if this information is no longer relevant so I can edit.

Lead us to a better platform Mutahar, and I say that with sincerity. This well is poisoned to the point that it isn't going to get better. If you left to another platform, especially with the amount of influence you have, you would not only show this platform that their policy handling will not be tolerated, but would also threaten their power-hold on video sharing websites as whatever platform you go to next will boost them significantly with the infamy of the event. This would essentially "even out the playing field" and force this site to actually take stock of it's practices and what actually benefits them as a company.

In my opinion, KZbin needs to update their bots and pay attention to the people who are adressing these problems on the platform. They (the content creator) are trying to help improve their TOS (Terms of Services) and community guidlines.for newcomes to who are tring to make content as well and having bots decide which gets age restricted or getting a strike is upsetting, especially when the strike happend to the person who went up to them and told them that their video was in fair use.
