We got to test out the NEW Daiwa 21 DEMON BLOOD rods | PE6-8

The new range of Daiwa 21 Demon Blood rods are not far from landing in store and in November 2020 we were able to test out a couple of models. The rods we got to use were the S56-6/8 & S76-8/10, both rods were matched with Saltiga 2020 reels. The overall build quality of this series has greatly improved from the previous and their striking red colour makes them look great! The rods performed great and are a new range worth looking at once they land in store!

Talk about beasts......I hooked one at the rowleys on a 24kg bent butt with international 50W while trolling a Billy Bonito, never stopped it once it just crash dived straight down.......never saw that lure again 😭

Awesome rods for the money now, could almost call them a down spec'd Spartan, rather than an up spec'd Saltist Hyper like the previous models
