Hard to find anyone in a position to do something that will do anything. We have all more or less lived under tyranny and basic rights deprevations because far too many don't care or can't be bothered to make changes. Classic example is getting Indian police to do anything. Do what you can and spread the word far and wide. They hate it and that's why censorship is so bad now. Russian troops have found many child torture/trafficking centers in Ukraine as they move westward.
