That’s exactly why I told myself never over eating again, that after feeling of feeling horrible physically ….. it’s def a win. It’s Christmas …I didn’t over eat but I made sure I hit my protein. I as well didn’t get my steps only 6k on Christmas and the day after Christmas only 3k. It’s the holiday just make sure you put that work in and you did ❤ Merry Christmas friend to you, your wife, and loved ones and happy new year ! 2025 will be a win 🎉

Honestly bro, I have been watching your videos for about two weeks and you’re definitely motivating. Your attitude to lose weight and your demeanor really inspires me to keep pushing. I’m on my own journey , from 268 now I’m at 205. Trying to be below 200 for 2025. And these holidays really are hard to not eat all the delicious food. Was 209 a couple days ago. But determined to be 199 for 2025. And you definitely motivate me bro! Keep up the good work, you’re definitely killing it bro!

Bro what you said at the ending resonates so hard with me! I've had success in my career and my hobbies but weightloss has always been the battle I havent conquered. Got from 350 to 270 then Covid hit and lost my progress. I wanna crush it finally see a 1 on the scale like no tomorrow and prove to myself I can do it.

Try not to think of it as "forcing yourself to go to the gym".... That negative self talk is what holds some people back. Its also what allows people to backslide and put weight back on after hitting their goal because they failed to train their mind. Train your mind to think of it as a positive. Instead of "forcing yourself to workout" say something like "reward yourself with a workout"... Whatever phrase you use keep it positive and aspirational. Thats the key to training your mind. That small psychological switch will get you through the natural up/downs of weight loss journey, expect related injuries, and keep you in shape once you reach your goal. After a year of thinking this way you wont even worry so much about an exact weight but you'll be in the best shape of your life because you'll have a positive association with physically activity. 💪🏿

Is it a setback though? Christmas only happens once per year. Honestly, think back to previous Christmases, not just last year but several years ago. Compare your eating from today to those. I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised. Yep, you definitely wouldn't have come to the gym! That's already a win. I hear your frustration though. Hooray for socks! Christmas dinner sounds delicious! You did the best you could do today. That's different every day, all you can do is the best you can at any given moment. Merry Christmas! Can't wait to see you compare next Christmas to this year. 😀

Having a couple days to enjoy life won't set you off track, just don't make it a habit. Reflecting on how far you've come helps fuel your getting back on track for the rest of the week and into the new year!

lol don't beat yourself up too much. I ate a ton of food this week too man 😂😂remember that it's a marathon not a sprint. you have the good habits and right mindset in place, so just keep going and take it one day at a time.

I’m it weighing myself until at least Saturday since I know I indulged during the holidays😂😂😂. It’s all about balance…. Let’s get back at it 💪🏽

It's fine, bro. No need to beat yourself up. It is what you do consistently that counts. I'm glad that you didn't say f everything, and you got back on it and went to the gym. That's definitely a win. Keep up the great work. You got this. I've decided that I'm going to post about my weight loss journey here on these daily videos, and we can do it together. Today, I weighted in at 156.3 at 13.9% body fat. I'm trying to get down to 12%. We both got this, so let's keep grinding 💪

I usually put weight on in the winter too just because of not being so active like spring summer and fall with doing landscaping outside all day in the heat I usually gain about 30-40 pounds over the winter because I wasn’t doing anything to maintain watch what I ate however once back to work I typically sweat and burn off the weight I gained and then go back to what I was weighting and bouncing back and forth from 240-250 but I was like well dam it’s been 14 months since I last was at work I went from 324 pounds to 275 pounds not even working just doing 10k steps gallon of water and trying to get the proper sleep awhile doing the carnivore diet way of life whatever and it’s life changing for me not trying to push it onto you just explaining my experiences with you and once I am back to work in march I will still be doing this diet working out as I am right now and doing far more active things at work that I am not doing now so I feel that if I can drop or hold my weight now because of Christmas I too went up from 275 to 290 after one day of eating having my off day and I got right back on the diet and as of right now I lost 7 pounds overnight putting back to 283 pounds three days ago 275 Christmas 290 Day after Christmas 283 two days after Christmas so it’s going back down pretty fast I don’t wanna lose to much weight because march is coming and if I can burn 30+ pounds at work putting me at 230-250 pounds and just power lifting to just be shredded lol I wanna go in weighing at work like Mike Tyson came out to fight Jake Paul just completely transformed lol we’ll see what happens lol

Bro u prolly want up a couple lbs cause when u eat hella carbs. Your body stores all those carbs in your muscles and carbs retain water. Like bro the day after Christmas I put on 5 lbs of water weight. DW about it. Keep sticking to your goals bro and don’t loose sight of it.
