holy shit lol wtf?? i'm gonna chalk that up to pocket comment... what i meant to say is that an 8.8 is a proper rear end you can set up for proper drag racing... yanno with a 4 link.. on any vehicle.. a stock 8.8 will do work on some heavy high powered vehicles too. i've seen more hellcats leave all their gear oil at the starting line than i care to remember... lol if you get real drag radials on them like with some sidewall i bet its even worse.. that being said i'm sure it's perfect in an awd cop car with street tires and probly less than 700hp probly handles well too because irs... btw ik about the factory "fix" gurdle or whatever for them... the point is independent rear supsension is dumb for drag racing which was the main target of the hellcat and demon and any american made v8..

You guys are great I worked up on 79 for a year working on that carvana!, the troopers up there and on seventy are nasty!. I got three tickets in my mustang up there in the last few years. I'll usually get on 70 at about 7:00 am from zanesville and head down 70 to the three lane and crank it up to about 135 to 140 mph theres never any troopers around on sunday morning!. At 64 I still love horsening around!.. that was good with the vise hips on the fuel line!, I'm still lmao!. Have a good day!.

Been there, done that too! A neighbor, who was scared I'd hit his dogs had they got in my way, called the Highway Patrol on me for racing up and down our road. I had not been long pulling in the yard when a trooper pulls up behind me! He said he had had complaints of a yellow Nova with a black roof racing up and down the road and by the marks at the end of the road and the looks of my tires and the rubber on the fenders behind the rear wheels, he was pretty sure it was me but since he didn't catch me doing it, he couldn't do anything but warn me. The funny thing is, he started dating my sister right after!

I started racing them back in the 80's not long before Jammin' Jay Halsey won the IFMAR off road worlds. Never did much more than some ROAR events like regionals and even the nats a time or two. Now, in my old guy years, it's all about just having fun running my monster truck from the dogs in the back yard. Damn near as much fun as winning some events and series over the years.

I lost my wallet once in a movie theater.. went back to find it and no luck.. a day later a police officer came by the house with it and all the cash and gift cards gone outta it.. funny thing though was i had a receipt of one of the gift cards.. the one card was for a local steakhouse.. well i knew the owner of the steakhouse and he said they could put a watchout in the system for that card if ever used since i had the receipt.. come to find out the same damn cop that returned the wallet was the one who stole the shit outta it, or at least the gift cards... never confronted the cop cuz i value my privacy... and i smoke weed so i would bet i caught a charge shortly after calling the officer out if i did.. but true story non the less..
