under that front air bag you could change the top of the frame (where the bag sits on) to be parallel with the pivoting arm. That way the bag is not bent. would be less work that making a pivoting head.

Thanks for showing H&B at ride height and the explanation. I guess I needed the visual, not as much angle as I thought so the "wear out" factor because of the angle makes sense. My guess was about a 4" ride height. That is going to be a very cool ride,well done!

Anthony, great fabrication skills, I know you said you don't have to problem with how the Bags look when it is at 4" or ride height. I agree, but what if the Bags were level at ride height 4" and tilted the opposite direction when on the ground? I'm not sure if that would work if you "just change the angle" of the Bag mount on the arm. Just a thought. I'm really liking the process. 😎👍
@speedbuggy16v3 жыл бұрын
so then the bag is setting wonky when its parked which will be 90 % of its life or more.....
@tillmanxl69143 жыл бұрын
@@speedbuggy16v Yes, wonky but with no air pressure, so I would say that it is a good thing. I'm glad I explained that in a way so you could understand.😎👍

Hi Anthony, just revisiting your H & B project and saw where you were asking about Mirror mounts. Probably a bit late now, but thought what about making new mounts from sheet material, piercing them with H & B symbols reflecting the front suspension aspect, ie holes etc. using the existing body hard point mounts? Bit of continuity?
