@@phxwayne5298 Yes, I can only imagine how different it could of been. My grandfather who was 100% Japanese spent his time in an internment camp in Honouliuli. After, he joined the Army to prove his loyalty to America. My father did the same. I grew up a few miles from Pearl Harbor and got sent to the hospital a few times for being Japanese (kill Jap day on Dec 7th were people would beat up Japanese people because of Pearl Harbor). I went into the military same as my father and grandfather. I was called pineapple and sushi during basic training but after the physical beatings I got as a Asian civilian, the verbal shit in the states were duck soup. But I probably still had it easier than what the military had to go through coming back from Vietnam. I salute you!

I went to San Francisco last summer and did the Golden Gate Bridge (under and over it) and toured Alcatraz Island. Also went to Yosemite, Santa Cruz, and a few other towns

The race will be on April 28th, so get your tickets purchased if you want to go there! There are other places that might interest you. Head over to Rapid City South Dakota to check out the Black Hills caves and Mount Rushmore! You can also head over to St Louis to check out the Missouri Arch, enjoy the Indy 500 at Indianapolis on May 26th, or go on a gambling spree with the casinos at Sin City: Las Vegas! CA is absolutely beautiful, both northern & southern (I prefer Southern though)! I live in CT but CA is my favorite state. It’s got everything there, along with beautiful weather. The San Diego zoo is beautiful. Glad you got to see some of it. When I was there, we took a Safari Tour to see all animals. We had Giraffes coming up to the safari vehicle, along with Rhinos, & other beautiful animals. It was awesome!! Enjoy the rest of your day.
