We Install a Custom E-brake in the S10!

As you guys know we've been working on the brakes on the s10 with no luck at all so this time we work on getting an e-brake installed because we might need it the way things are going!

Ya'll are DEDICATED! The PEOPLE appreciate it! On your hydraulic brakes, you may want to look into a residual valve. Willwood sells them, Summit too. I have seen that problem on tube frame cars with the master cylinder mounted under the floor. It will keep a little pressure on the system without dragging the brakes. I think SRC had to use one when they re-did the front of their truck. Check it out. Keep on keeping on!

I think where you changed from drum to disk brakes your master cylinder don't provide enough pressure to operate the brakes

Don't forget to tighten that lower shock bolt up lol

Good eye! None of the shock bolts are tight as probably many other bolts! We’ll go over the hole thing and tighten everything one day.🤣 Thanks bro!🤙

I would try bleeding the brakes again now that you got the rear calipers free. That might have been the problem the whole time. Cool ebrake though 💯👍

Yeah that’s what we’re thinking also! They wasn’t adjusted properly so it was taking a few pumps to get the caliper to start touching the rotor. So now we got them adjusted, hopefully they’ll work!🤞

Depends on how fast you going cause with any seed park don’t work! He has experience with that in a s10 blazer one time.🤣

We have oxygen sensor in them and if we drill a hole it might mess with them, I think eventually we gonna build a different exhaust cause it’s gonna be to loud to drive on the street IMO but we’ll see!
