Hey everyone back with more Scrap Mechanic Survival! Today Kosmo and I are looking to expand our cuisine by adding milk to the menu! In order to make some of the better food items we require milk and rather than have a boring ground farm we decided to launch cows into our tree to create an elevated milking experience! ‪@darealkosmo‬

And maybe he can also be escorting your cargo ships and then after that round or whatever you would go in your torpedo bomber and using his bow cannon he can try to shoot you down before you torpedo him

I had a cow in a fence on a dock on top of water for a while. I bet it will stay in the tree as long as you feed it regularly cause they will despawn if you go too long without feeding them 🙃

Something I do with my messier partners is have a big "Dump vault" that I intermittently organize so that they can just throw little things they have in there. Then they eventually learn where the organization is and things sort themselves after awhile

You should make a insane refiner vehicle with 10 resource collectors and 10 - 25 refine bots also something needed is you can use the clear pipe pices to connect resource collectors to refine bots and to anything else

Kan you have to feed, hit or otherwise interact with a cow or glow bug at least once every 30 days to stop it despawning. I have massive cages full of both and i feed them all every 15 days to make sure they have no chance of despawning

Wellllll, yes and no. While grain is bought and sold by the bushel, it is no longer a volumetric in practice. Instead, they were standardized by weight a while back even though improvements in genetics mean that the standard weights are generally lighter than the actual volume. From memory, corn is 56lbs/bu, soy is 60lbs/bu, and wheat is 32lbs/bu.

This is why I like playing with the Fant mod. It includes a feature (chunk loader) that basically clones your character in place so that chunk remains loaded and active, no matter how far away you go from it. And wocs do not despawn when you leave the world.

I love the launch wheels to get back and forth from treehouse to treehouse but I think you should make an elevator to your restaurant and it would make it easier if you want another Woc to give Tina some company.

@kAN Gaming & @Kosmonaut to answer your questions of whether or not the Wocs despawn, they despawn only if they haven't been fed within 30 in-game days. So you'll just have to feed Tina 2-3 times an episode and it should be fine.

A bushel is a standard size of basket, the volume of which is roughly 8 gallons. A bushel of something is the amount of that thing that would fit in one of those baskets. It would be perfectly reasonable to measure corn in bushels, although it makes no sense for scrap mechanic, as the corns are massive. I actually did the math, and 3 corns would already be more than a bushel. A bushel would be slightly larger than a 2 block by 1 block space in scrap mechanic. And the husk is just the skin.

what you need to do is get a bot account to keep the base loaded. Buy another copy of scrap mechanic and a cheap computer, then log onto the world with the bot, and just leave it in the restaurant. Even if the bot account is unconscious, it should keep the base loaded, and keep the woc from falling out of the tree. Also, that would let your water pumps and crafting chain work all the time. It might increase lag a bit, but it might be worth it.
