The shifter you are using in this video is junk. It feels good but is clunky and very very hard to speed shift. I tried the one I had with two different transmissions at different adjustments and different heights to align the shift rod and it would never shift smooth.🤷🏼‍♂️ Installed the stock shifter and now I can slam the shifts like I want again.

It's not that bad, the bushings were shot on the back of the trans. I have since replaced everything and it rips through all gears with ease.
