“OK Leno” That is the best line ever. Gonna use it on my hubby. Who at 18 moved to L.A. be an actor/comedian. Long story short. His sense of humor has kept me madly in love with him for 40 years. He became pre diabetic. With a jet low carb diet, he is no longer pre diabetic. Fifty pounds lighter, due to recipes I’ve learned from you guys. Thank you for your videos. Looks delicious! Both of you & both of us are celebrating an Anniversary this month, on the same day! My guy is in the hospital, just having survived both open heart & thyroid operation. He's doing good though. Hi diet will be low sodium, low potassium, low phospherous, so I have another "challenge" cooking ahead of me! I just turned 76, too.

Heavy cream, cocoa powder, vanilla, peanut butter, and sweetener (I use Allulose) beaten to together turns out EXACTLY Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Mousse! Also, aside from refrigerated cream (or, coconut cream), freeze your bowl, and beaters, it will whip up much quicker. 👍

I bet this would make a great five minute topping/frosting for a 90 second cake! My granny used to make peanut butter cake which had 3 cups of sugar in the cake part alone. I think I could make a low carb version and use this for a quick topping instead.

I don’t have any experience with keto bread making. I’ve only made 90 second bread and bagels using fathead dough. I prefer silicone bakeware whenever possible, however I’ve been very happy with Nordic ware baking trays. They make a 11x17 inch: amzn.to/48Lrz6x
