Cool to see the progression of Chris! He seemed to be very green to the trade in the spring, but after a season, it looks like he really improved his skills!

wow I bet the driver could sign his name with the concrete. we here in South Tex don't have these cool mixers, don know why the front discharge is not in every state.

Years ago, we added a cover to our church entrance. That’s when I learned it’s called a portico. Love your channel Tom!
@MikeWeese-ej9ty3 күн бұрын
It's actually called a porte cochere.

@ - that’s certainly a more precise name for this structure! Never too late to learn new terminology.

Tom just a question i always see you using looks like #57 limestone as a base under your concrete pours. Why don't you use the base material with the powder mixed with the aggregate. Just curious.

Funeral home pour looks sharp. I hope we get to see it w the finished roof over it. That's going to really improve the Funeral home. Worth every penny. It's amazing how perfect you got those steps. That's a lot of steps, and that makes it easier to see the bottom, like you said. Perfect. I voted way early. It was in the Newton library. I walked in, up to the machine, filled out my choices, dropped sheet into the box, turned and walked. Not one person to wait on. In and out in 15 minutes. The sickening commercials, omg!! Especially Kamala, spouting such obvious lies, over and over and over!! The mute icon on my remote is gone, rubbed off. So sickening!! It ain't over though. Not until January 20th. Thanks for sharing the teamwork of TSH today, it's always interesting and enjoyable to watch the chewed up land become a permanent, beautiful structure adding to the beauty of the buildings. I hope I'm wrong, but in my minds eye, w the people coming and going at a funeral home, where there's no cover, they're gonna put salt down. Better remind them, no salt!! See ya tomorrow TSH!!!👍❤️🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲

Why does the driver do the "incoming spread" first before to start pouring in the back? I have noticed this often in your videos. Just curious ...

Can a person pour concrete over top of existing concrete? I was wondering because I get rain water coming under my buildings roll up doors. If so how many inches would it have to be and also put in the wire. Is the funeral home giving you a discount?
@Concretewiththehauses4 күн бұрын
That’s a tough one to answer. I would say 4 inches thick in the right circumstance talk to somebody local that knows what they’re talking about. I hope that’s a discount. I don’t need for a little while.

Nice work 👍 I had to do a 20 x 20 by myself this week but I borrowed my 14 year old grandson ( he had absolutely no problem skipping schoolwork for the day) 😂😂 he told me on the way home “ Papa? This has been a great day got to skip school and I got paid 20 dollars a hour to skip too” 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤣🤣🤣
