Complex manufacturing on the fly and has to again on the other door. It makes you really respect the amount of work that goes into a Bad Chad's custom build.

I really appreciate and admire your ability to forge on. The creative flow has twists and turns. Most guys get hung up on, something like this door, or not being able to source a particular part. And are endlessly delayed. I know. There are 5 projects in the back yard, waiting for me to make up my mind. And just keep moving. You have chosen to just keep moving. Cheers brother.

Full respect C&J for keeping this real; building on the fly to demonstrate what goes in2 a project like this mis-steps and all! The hinge geometry is gonna be funky considering the lower front corner of the door needs to clear the wing, one idea may be to locate an original hinge as low as you can get it and fabricate an extended top hinge which could also serve to mount a big old wing mirror. BTW very relieved to notice ear protection - take it from 1that regretfully neglected 2do the same….

But I like to learn what you are teaching on this project. I am really glad you put out videos more often. It is the highlight of my evening when I get off work. Keep making these videos. Love the you tube channel, you have all come along way over the years in quality, quantity, and work man-ship! Great work team!!! I have been a follower from almost the beginning!!!! From your channel to your TV series, and Facebook!!!! We all learn by doing a task, and if it doesn't work out the 1st time, it's not a failure or a mistake!!! It's called a learning curve, we grow from that and get better ideas as we go further. The more you do it or practice, the better you get at it!! Keep up the amazing work!!!! Mike Laidman
