150 consecutive frame-perfect jumps. Whenever I hear about the concept of "frame perfect" I assume I'm misunderstanding something because how on earth is that possible lol. Keep up the good work!

To be fair that phrase often gets used in cases where it's just a tight timing. But I think in that level it was actually frame-perfect.

You actually get 2 chances to hit the frame perfect because there are two jump buttons. You also get into a strict rhythm which makes it easier.

There are visual and sometimes audio cues to go off of frame perfect tricks. Don't get me wrong, it's still difficult to get it consistently

There's a geometry dash level named "tidal wave" which is the hardest verified level in the game and has over 200 frame perfects. And only ONE person has ever beaten it. Granted, there's a bunch of other tech that's ridiculously hard in the level while the mm level is merely a consistency challenge, but still.

If nothing else, Team 0%'s existance is shining the light on SO many amazing Kaizo levels made by unknown people from ages ago who never got the exposure they deserved. Even if ultimate victory isn't achieved, that's an accomplishment in and of itself. I wish you all the best of luck, particularly against Choco, Destroyer of Worlds.

Multiple people cite Fly's levels alone as evidence we'll fail. Is there a reason you're more confident they'll be cleared? Are they not as unrivaledly hard as some people are saying?

In Bloom is a tough level, but it's very doable to somebody familiar with the tech in it. It wasn't a super hard clear check for me. King Boo said he plans on doing it and he's more than capable of dealing with it in a reasonable time frame. My other level mentioned in this video, Yoshi Mountain, was actually cleared this morning, go figure.

Password levels are easily solvable with editor. I haven't seen any 0% password levels, anyway.

@@EarthBound_Fan Yes, but we don't consider them to be real levels. Team 0% also beat 2019 in SMM2 but there are two impossible 2019 levels that Nintendo refuses to delete. But 2019 is still considered to be defeated in that game. Similarly, SMM1 will be considered defeated even if some impossible levels are still up.

Can someone please explain to me as if I were a child, (not tech savvy) why can't some random guy or group of people host the MM1 servers ? I've heard it only costs Nintendo $20 a month. I'm assuming that's hyperbole but someone or some group of people should be able to host a server, No !?! I just think it's kind of sad that to this day and for hundreds of years to come you can, and people still do play the original Mario bros game, but as of April Mario Maker 1 will just be erased from history and the future.

The server software is not publicly available. It is theoretically possible to reverse engineer (recreate) it, and some crazy people will probably do it, like with some Wii software. But the levels will probably be gone then, except if someone downloads and stores all of them before the official servers shut down…

I would think that would be impossible, I mean 1, the time it would take and 2, just the facility to store that much. Just seems sad to me some of the pixel art I've seen is amazing to me, I'd want to preserve the game for that alone. Then you've got the music levels, All the world records information it's all just gonna be lost into the ether. It's depressing thinking about it.

Pretendo has intentions to! Theyve cureently done a screenshot of every level on the servers ans made it playable on their servers for when the time comes. Despite that we intend to complete mario maker before the deadline

I made a few levels of kaizo before; and I made a very VERY bad but defined little timmy level. Like it was a little timmy level; except there was always the same path that always existed every run. ExceptI lost everything due to people deleting save data on the wii u
