They were awesome and we couldn’t have been more proud of how well they did! PARENT PRO TIP: Get Jack “Color Magic” markers & coloring books! Every color of marker is clear tipped and only deposits color on the special paper. Will save you SO much time & trouble cleaning marker off of children and everything else. If you want them to use regular markers always pay the extra and get the washable markers. They come off of everything and everyone so much easier than the regular ones.

@@kelliwillis417 Sounds like you didn't have a good experience with them. Both of my kids over the years had probably every Color Magic book and marker that they made at the time. While I do agree that the colors don't look exactly like Crayola, the ones they had were very bright. Even the pastel ones I thought looked nice. We even had the glitter ones lol I thought they lasted a long time. Also, thinking about the “user”, they're probably not comparing and they most likely don't care. I wouldn't trade my peace of mind knowing the markers wouldn't get on anyone or anything, especially when using them while traveling and visiting others, for a different kind. Definitely when not at home. And it's not an all-or-nothing situation. They had washable Crayola and many other art supplies. I wouldn't be quick to assume that relatively new parents know everything that came out in the last 5-15 years etc. It never hurts to pass on something that worked for you in the hopes that it will be of use to someone else. I saw Jack coloring and that light-colored couch and my “Mommy antenna” started beeping lol And, kids seem to like the “magic” of it let's not forget. There’s always room for more magic in the world. 🪄 To each, their own ✨

I moved about eight times with my two boys who are 15 months apart, it can be pretty crazy!🤪 you guys are going to have such a great time in Australia! And when you guys get home to Utah, you’re going to be starting an incredible new chapter in your life! I know it’s going to be so different compared to Hawaii, just remember this… You have a Lotta friends in Hawaii, you can always go back and visit as much as you want! Once your kids get into school, along with all of your friends kids, it’s going to be so hard to see each other as much as you used to. Because the kids will have new friends from their class, sports, dance, and all sorts of activities! So now, when you go out to visit Hawaii, it will be extra special!😊❤️ I am a 57-year-old mom who misses her sons dearly! They are in their late 20s living their lives the way they’re supposed to be. I’m hoping once they have kids they will realize that I’m not gonna be around for forever. So hopefully we will do more family stuff together! I am sure that your parents are so excited to have you coming back home to live!! Now they can watch their grandchildren grow up and babysit and all the fun things that grandparents want to do! Everything will work out exactly the way it supposed to. I love you guys, you always make my heart smile! Thanks for sharing all that you do! Youall are helping me SO much! I have to move to the east coast from my California home (of FIFTY years), but I’m starting to get excited about it instead of scared, thanks in large part to your experience. So a big Thank You Beeston’s! 😘 Enjoy your vacation 👍🥰

After the chaos of packing and getting ready for the trip it must have been a huge blessing to have a good flight! - minus the little hiccups of course 😅 So so happy for you guys! Have an absolutely fabulous time in Australia. Looking forward to seeing the next vlog 😊

I have a small travel tip that really helped. Get one of those collapsible wagons and check it in a stroller bag. It comes in really handy when you have a little kids because you can either use it to carry the kids or the luggage.

You all are Champs. Traveling with kids is never easy. We had a similar experience 6 months ago. My husband got a job in the states, where we are from, but we we're living in Taiwan for the past three years. His new job gave him two weeks to start. So we had to pack up and leave within 10 days. When we got to the airport my husband's Visa had some issues and he had to stay behind. At the time I was eight months pregnant and we had five children, the oldest being nine. Because of how quick we had to leave we did not buy refundable tickets. So I took a 27 hour journey by myself and 5 kids. It was a nightmare and would not do it again if I had a choice. I'm just glad you all had someone to help. We had many people helped me on the way but it was for separate flights. Thankfully we only had carry-on items so I did not have to check in any luggage at each location.

In 1998 I traveled with my Marine Corps husband and my three children ages 6, 4 and 18 months from Portland, Oregon to Los Angeles from Los Angeles to Hawaii from Hawaii to Guam and from Guam to Okinawa Japan that’s series of flights to 48 hours and my husband and I both had strep throat and we’re running fevers. That was the worst trip even though my children were angels. And I agree the saving grace for us with the bassinets on the airplanes. So I’m glad the trip for you guys with fairly smooth y’all are great parents!

Who would pack up a house with two kids (all under 4) no less and go chill in Australia, while in route and on a permanent move to Utah? WHO?! HOW! Naw, y'all ain't BAD ASSES, y'all SUPER BAD ASSES! But I really enjoy logging in to see what you guys are doing next. Take exquisite care. Sunny and Jack are so blesses to have you all as parents. So sweet, loving and kind!

Welcome to Australia, enjoy your break. I hope Jack feels better soon. We brought our kids here from Scotland when they were little - such a long trip. 24 hours in the air alone, then an 8 hour train trip after - I think we were travelling for 36 hours all up. They were amazing. Kids often surprise us with their resilience.

I am English/Australian. I flew back to England several times with my son when he was 9 weeks (had my husband with me that time) then again when my son was 7 months, 15 months and 18 months. Those long haul flights are so hard! WELCOME to the Gold Coast! It’s 1.30pm on Good Friday. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IN OUR SURF! We’ve had a lot of drownings this summer. I live right near the beach and swim most days and I got caught in a rip for the first time ever in January. Always check the lifeguard signs, there is always one either side of the flags. Check with the lifeguards as to where the rips are and please don’t go in to deep. Our lifeguards are amazing and always happy to chat to you to keep you safe. Weather is overcast. I know Hawaii is beautiful but the Gold Coast is so amazing. Sorry the bus driver was rude, I hope you know that’s not normal we are lovely people 😊 I live at Nobbys Beach which is in between Mermaid Beach and Miami. If you get a chance come down and have a look. It’s the cutest coastal town with lots to do. There is a huge flight of stairs at the end of Miami Beach and the view from the top of those stairs is next level beautiful. It is our Fall (we call it Autumn). It’s still really warm but the humidity is no where near as bad as our summer. There’s some amazing night markets at Surfers Paradise and the atmosphere is so lovely. Lots of kids and families. I hope you have the best time here

I'm so happy that you all got to Australia safely, enjoy yourselves to the fullest! I'm glad that everything went smoothly for the flight, except for the checking the luggage, the kids seemed to be wonderful, yes there was a couple of hiccups, however you arrived safely. It will feel a bit weird to leave Australia and go to Utah instead of Hawaii, however you guys are going to surrounded by family and friends, you both will be reunited with Lo and Tanner, as well as both sets of parents, and more of your friends. You guys will do great! Enjoy Australia, I might have missed it, but how long are you guys staying in Australia? I am so happy to hear that everyone is very nice and kind there, that's awesome and very helpful. I hope jack is feeling better. Sending love ❤️❤️❤️❤️ and hugs 🤗🤗🤗🤗 to all of you.
