Congratulations, Grandpa! Its an awesome feeling when you learn that your grandchildren have a family name. My daughter honored both sides of my family when naming her two children. My maiden name was Anders so my grandson's middle name is Anderson. I was so happy when i was told his name. My son was a little different with his loyalties, he gave my Grandson the middle name of Duke. All because he has always been a diehard fan of Duke Blue Devils basketball team. I cant say that I objected since i am also a fan. Names can come from alot of different avemues but as long as both parents agree then whatever it is would only be their business. And its really nice when you, as a grandparent love their names as well.
