Very good quality stuff. Here in Ireland we usually get 10 bales to the acre. But we get a 5 month winter inside in the shed so you are very lucky.

99% sure that's the same Mike whos old farm was just up the road from me remember he had a John deere like that and was a bit of a builder man. His old farm was quite steep and definitely needed the duals not so much on your place

Awesome video as always Andrew. Go Mike the mower man. Or should I say multi Mike, he’s like a Swiss Army knife, you pull him out and he does it all, I wonder if he paints haha. Great drone footage mate, some really beautiful scenery. Strange your bales are for the summer, where we use them in the winter. Great to see a bit of horse power around the farm. Already looking forward to seeing your next video my friend. Thanks Andrew for sharing.

Mike must be a real handy guy to have around, demolitian then builds then mows the grass !! good stuff. Wow making bales and planning lime and maize , here in northland it's just way too wet again, we had a nice dry spell that got the grass going now back in the monsoon season it's seems. ON the AB topic, let us know how you pic a bull over the each cow etc...and any AB contracts this time etc... awesome thanks very much
@TheOnceADayFarmer3 жыл бұрын
I see it’s been really wet up there! Hopefully it means the drought won’t be so severe 🤞 Yep I’ll go into a bit, I really only pick certain bulls for cows I like or are my favourites. Sadly no contracts this year 😩

I recon that tractor had just enough HP to run the tedder, wouldn't have wanted it to be any smaller though.

Just thinking he same thing 🤣
@jerseyproductions71273 жыл бұрын
There actually 180 hp roughly which is more than enough for a Tedder that size. If you have a look it’s the exact same tractor baling as well
