I still live my Mawmaws house since she passed away in 2017 and it still looks like she lives here because everything is still paneling and all brown furniture. I'm disabled and wish I could make this house my home but I can't afford to. Also I have her kitty Allie and I think if I have any money left after bills and groceries ( its never over 20 😂) but it goes to her because she's a princess. ❤

I live in Appalachia (in the coal fields of southeastern Kentucky), in a COUNTY with no hospital and only one red light. The closest major city (Lexington, KY - Horse Capitol of the World and home to the Kentucky Derby) is 73 miles away. There is an Auntie Anne's food truck that comes here twice a month. There are usually people already waiting when it pulls into the parking lot of our local "country store" to park and I've yet to find a time after it's arrival that there wasn't a line of hungry hillbillies. 🤣😉🤤

The iPhone 16 won’t have the AI features for awhile after they launch. The AI will come in the future with a software update. Also to the 15s too ! I usually upgrade every year but I think I’m going to stick with my 15 Pro Max and wait until next year for the 17

I am in school again and we are not allowed to use any AI features or products. If we do, it’s considered plagiarism and we are subject to equally punished for it as well as expulsion. Basically any student that takes the same course, uses same program as another will get the same answer or almost exact when they do the assignment. While papers and things may have some wording different, the majority of the response will match others. Just as if we all search the same word, we’re likely to get the same answer. It sucks we can’t use some of the features because I, too, would love to have the record and summarize feature. That could be a real game changer for the disabled too. Imagine how nice a feature this could be for the blind, those with adhd, autism, etc. What a benefit it could be. My only concern would be the feeling of being watch 24/7. Like paps that sit in trees and stalk the sh@t out of people. That would be rather creepy. I don’t even use Siri because it makes me uncomfortable. No Alexa, nothing. Lol I have an iphone but delete all but basic apps, school, work, medical and a couple rando games my son and I play together. Minecraft is just a must. Lol But I’m also 51 so I don’t have a great interest in most of them. These features could really make a tremendous difference in so many lives but it could also come with consequences, especially in a time when cyber attacks are constant. A lot to consider from many aspects. And what about in public? If it can listen in to a lecture and summarize it, will paps and others use the feature to listen in on conversations they otherwise would not be able to understand? Like Brit said about being uncomfortable with her public reactions. You girls get approached by random strangers, etc, so in a setting as such will it be used to try and get into those conversations and use it for ill will? Or thieves use it to hear people give a card number or someone is giving someone their address and phone number? I suppose it really depends on the situation, etc. My aunt is a senator so this would be a concern for me and my family. Another reason I don’t use things like siri and disable them. This is a catch 22 in reality. A lot of people are already tiring of AI. I personally had little interest except for the summarizing because I think about how many disabled this could help and how it could improve their lives, independence, ability to further education, joys, do so many things they otherwise may not have. One fella I cared for in home health loved images in magazines. Any scenery we went by that was beautiful he would get excited over. Severe cerebral palsy, but features like this could have been wonderful for him and his scrapbook! I wish he was alive today to capture the real life he loved, not just pictures in a magazine. Very cool product if used with respect to what it can do and what it can cause. And our 🩶LIONS 🩵 are going to take dominate this season! #ONEPRIDE 🦁
