Doesn't shock me. Before I became a stay at home mom, I worked for Citibank and handled higher tier calls for people who had credit cards with limits between $25,000 and $80,000. Most of these people were company execs and celebs and athletes and business owners. I rarely had rude customers when I was promoted to that tier but JLO called in one day and the guy sitting next to me got her and she was fuming because her card was double charged for a coffee. I get it but to be an asshat over a coffee? A manager jumped in and took over and she was mean to her as well, even after the charge was reversed. This was back in 2011.
