The whole moment shift of this series happened when Luka wnet to the bench in the first quarter of the third game. It wasn't really Clippers who "won" this series, or Luka who lost it. It was the rest of the Mavericks losing this series to a better team. Kind of exactly like expected prior to the playoffs, with the difference that Luka under long long stretches of this series, was on a whole other level than anyone else on the court and therefore made it a really close matchup. Clippers deserves some praise, but you gotta hand it to Luka... with just a slightly better team, he would have crushed them.

No he wouldnt have, and to act like he made Kawhi look like an inferior player shows you didnt pay attention to how Hardaway Jr and Finney Smith were contributing, it gets annoying how people act like with help the Mavs wouldve destroyed the Clippers when the help he had is the ONLY reason this series went 7 games. If it truly was just Luka like people say, this series wouldve been over in 5

We really do owe them apologies. Y’all lebron fans were ready with those pitchforks and fire, and kawhi didn’t let that happen. He was right after all, this IS kawhi town now. It just took him a year longer than he thought to build/take it over
