I am also of BLACKFOOT Heritage and so many children were taken away from their families never to be seen or heard of again put into the "RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS" died there or were put into the "custody of the state", adopted out never to know their true identity making it almost impossible to track. It is only now we are learning of the mistreatment of so many.

As I have lost all of my family other than my wonderful dog Coco, I would go back into the past so I could say all the things I wanted to say before it was too late. I could never cheat on someone I loved, for me any cheating would end the relationship. A great podcast gals.❤❤

Awwww. Maybe you could write some letters to the other side, if you’re comfortable with that sort of thing? I like to mail mine by throwing them off bridges and cliffs but before I found out it was environmentally harmful I used to tie them to helium filled balloons. 🎈

Hey! This is a little off topic, but in this and in past videos you mentioned ticks.... if you were to get some chickens they could really help out. They eat all sorts of bugs (including ticks!). If you don't eat the eggs, you could always sell them. Their poop is great for the garden as well.

Hey Neighbors! We kinda sorta met once when we were walking our 4 beagles and you drove past us. Our dogs saw Izzy and Bella and went crazy trying to drag us down the road to catch you lol I was laughing so hard they almost succeeded. 😂 We only recently learned of your youtube channel from other neighbors. As long as there isn't too much snow to drive through we are at the cabin all seasons and we have snowmobiles as an option when its too deep for a truck. We spent the Christmas holidays there last year. Here's the answers to the questions I remember: We currently don't travel but if it was free perhaps we would become travelers. Our current lifestyle would scream Free Food :) I would choose cow tongue since I grew up on a small farm and have eaten it before. I dont think I could eat Octopus. I'd rather see the future. I'd rather know how I die. I'd rather give up brushing my hair. I could still wash it so it would be clean, just not styled. Not being able to brush my teeth would be gross. I lost both sense of smell and taste when I had covid and it was terrible. If I had to choose to lose one I'd choose taste. When I couldn't smell, cooking and baking was a nightmare so the food would taste terrible anyway. I'd rather meet my great great grandchildren. ** we had at least 30 dragon flies at our cabin last weekend. I think they were feasting on the insects. One settled on a deck post next to me for a while. They were fun to watch.

Great conversation and very thought provoking because I’ve been researching with my 82 y.o. Father. Our family ancestors from Poland. My great grandmother came on a boat from Poland in early 1900s to Ellis Island by herself at 17. She didn’t speak English. She did have a older brother in America. It’s been really exciting for us. I love the Herstory about women in our family. I even found the church she married my great grandfather in 1911 st. Joseph Roman Catholic Church 10843 Sutphin Blvd, South Jamaica, NY. They raised their 10 kids there. We even found my grandfather used several AKA first and last names. The stories they could tell me would definitely be exciting. My wife and I love y’all! Keep enjoying life!!❤

I have found creative ways to travel for free or even got paid to do it. When the dentist in the US told me how much it would cost to fix the tooth I was having trouble with I figured out that I could fly to India with a 1-week stopover in Dubai and stay 1 month in India AND get the tooth fixed and fly back to the US with a one-week stopover in Singapore for less than getting the tooth fixed in the US. When I wanted to explore the Great Barrier Reef in Australia I decided to work as an acupuncturist on a cruise ship. That is an officer's job so I had a private room and free food cooked to my vegan liking. I got to see Figi and Tahiti and Papua New Guinea and a bunch of other countries. I just figured out how to fly round-trip to Peru to see Machu Picchu for only $225 and stay free for as long as want with a vegan household. That is practically free!!! Oh yeah. I traveled and stayed on Easter Island for a month in exchange for teaching a rich 10-year-old some English. 42 countries under my belt. Hummm... I really want to explore Iceland. I wonder how I will do this!!!!

Speaking as someone who has lost almost all sense of smell, smell is far more important than taste. Most of what most people think of as taste is actually smell. For me butter drenched pancakes are completely tasteless and just slightly salty now. The entire "flavor" of butter is actually detected by your nose. Foods to me now are almost entirely about texture. I prefer very peppery foods as I can still taste that. I don't really enjoy food anymore without smell. Smell is of course important in other things. Bad smells are usually about intensity. Strong smells are bad smells. Well, guess what the only things I can still smell are? Strong smells. Though not all strong smells. Strong bleach is odorless to me. I can only tell it is there when cleaning because my eyes start to water and burn. Other smells have changed character because I can only smell part of them. Gasoline might smell like almonds, for example. Smells are tied very strongly to memory. I can remember vivdly what a summer day after a rain storm smells like, or being outside on the beach, but I've not smelled either in decades. My world is a smaller place without smell.

I would not want to change the past even through all the stuff I went through, due to the fact that now being through all that I was able to prepare and protect my children and give them a safe life and prepare them to hope for the best and prepare for the worse. I don't want to know the future because we are not to, but if I'd have to pick the future then I'd try and save whoever I can for whatever I know, that's just me! Thank you for sharing! The clogged toilet actually happened to us! We’ve been married for 38 years and together 40! How about this one! You’re living with your partner who has major surgery and is in a body cast from his armpits to his knees. Totally unable to care for himself in ANY manner? You’ve been together for a year and there’s a 10+ year gap in your ages? My wife did! Refer to our 40 year relationship! As far as how or when you die, if you knew how you died, and it was an accident, you could avoid that situation. If you knew that it was from an illness, you’d probably take medical intervention to prevent that illness. Catch 22!
