It's just over over a week in advance (like 10 days) for editing purposes. Typically we record on Mondays (when things go to plan) and then the episode goes live the following Friday. I've won by mill using the new Tamiyo. I was able to protect her long enough to ult with a Psychic Corrosion in play. I drew 36 cards, and all my opponents milled 72... why does the mill spell from crim is copied two additional times ? He cast just the one spell before he attacked with storm. Should it therefore not only be cast one additional time which would lead to 28 cards that will get milled ?
@mashedmentalityАй бұрын
Honestly I don’t like playing against or with mill, it’s just not my favorite mechanic but I don’t hate it. I do like that Crim has showed on multiple instances that mill is a viable technique for Commander. It may make you an instant threat to everyone but he speeds up so many games when he isn’t taken out quickly. I don’t think I’ve actually seen him win with a mill deck but the effect his mill decks have on the game is massive. Definitely makes for interesting content and seeing everyone get frustrated by it and Crim just laughing it off is the cherry on top. The Mindskinner deck Crim played on CGB’s Commander show was nuts. Halfway through the video so maybe I’ll get to see him win one with mill🤷♂️ EDIT: YOOOO LET’S GO CRIM!!!!!

Wonderful game, I would just like to know what opinions, if any, they have about Black Panther as a commander, the commander seems like just a mid to low power 1/1 counters commander and I want to see if the more experienced players could find more fun stuff to do with him. (Mind you, I love a land creatures deck, but I just feel like Simic has more, better options for it then Selesnya)
@tomerabramovici32Ай бұрын
I think Black Panther is mid-power, not low. Probably higher than Captain America and lower than the others. I would build him Go Wide Tokens with a +1/+1 counter subtheme. One easy win is casting Secure the Wastes on end step before your turn, put it all on an Inkmoth Nexus, go to your turn and immediately kill someone with flying infect.

Additionally, the politicking was very limited, only because the threats were clearly identifiable. I feel like when Richard is around, he spends a lot of time redirecting threat, even more than Crim. In this game, Crim did what he wanted without much resistance. Phil had a ton of artifacts, Seth was trying to pop off was Voltron Wolverine, and Tomer wanted to show off Khaldra - which he did in an awesome way. Overall, well done!
