The rom of SegaSonic is pretty easy to find online. All you need after getting the rom is an emulator to play it. Personally, I use "MAME" emulator which works on PC and Android. It's a quick process to setup the emulator and play. Also, good luck when playing SegaSonic, you are gonna need it. I have played the game many times and it is honestly extremely hard, but very fun.
