I am so happy for you! God is faithful! It reminds me of our story 13 years ago. We had decided to move east out of California at retirement. We also prayed every day. It took one year to sell our house! God was waiting for our new home to come available. It had only been on the market 2 months when we bought it. So yeah, it can be hard to wait, but God has a plan.

I am always so overwhelmed with joy when God answers our prayers. Holding onto our faith and HIs promises is hard while we wait and continue to pray, but what a great joy it is when they come to fruition. It took us years to even _find_ a decent car to buy that fit our needs. And then it still had problems that had to be repaired, but since we DIY everything, we fixed it all. Good cars are few and far between.

Don’t get discouraged with the amount of regulations you will have to process through. Unfortunately we have way too many career politicians at all levels of our government, that seem to think it’s their job to keep coming up with more regulations and laws. Even so our country still offers so many opportunities for people from all walks of life.
