Think you could help me with a little diagnosis of an 09 Camry just from experience over my detailed observations?

Friend has an 09 Camry, she stalled on a highway in standstill traffic (the car went limp and killed but still had power) both battery and alternator was good, freshly new and double checked afterwards. Car had a very bad rough idle in park as well as on the brake pedal at a light on drive. I scanned car for codes and came up with 5- P043E, PO43F, P2401, P2402, and P0419 Evap leak. I changed spark plugs that killed the rough idle at park, it still rough idles in drive while stationary when the ac is on, it’s very faint with the ac off. AC previously wasn’t working and a shop replaced the core I believe. I checked under the hood one of the fans work and the other doesn’t. I also still have the evap leak after replacing the fuel cap, and purge valve sensor. I think it may be the charcoal canisters but I’m not 100% sure… any knowledge of this?

These do run a bit rough with the ac on as it’s putting a load on the engine.

@ abnormally rough though, like you’re sitting on a tractor, similar to engine mounts maybe but it’s only really really bad while In drive and at a stand still.

Man I bought the exact Camry LE new back in 07. It had two major recalled, 1. The engine was losing oil due to ring on the piston (that’s what I was told) 2. The dashboard would melt into mush and very sticky. When the sun is bright it would reflect onto the dash back to the windshield and it would have a terrible glare where it was hard to see. I missed the so call recalled letter they said they sent to me, so I missed the opportunity to get it fix. I’m still driving for a work car about 72miles round trip a day for the last 10 years. I’m sitting at 298,000 miles. I love this car, wish I knew how to do what you do. Thanks
